Entries Open Friday, 22^nd January and close Friday, 26^th  March.

Kitchen Studio will be presenting the 2021 Design Awards at the Gala Awards Dinner during the Annual Conference which this year, will be held in Wellington.  This is a great opportunity to be recognised for design excellence within the Kitchen Studio network.  All Kitchen Studio designers and consultants are encouraged to enter the awards.

Support Office will create a professionally designed entry board incorporating your kitchen images, plans and elevations, design brief and specifications on your behalf.  The boards will be displayed at the Conference.

Remember, to make it easier we align our design categories with the National Kitchen & Bathroom Association (NKBA) Excellence in Design Awards categories.  We hope that this alignment will encourage more Kitchen Studio designers to enter the NKBA Awards.

All Design entries will be eligible for awards in the following categories.

Design Categories: Awards:

• Kitchen of the Year $1,000
  The winner will also receive: NKBA 2021 Full Conference & Excellence in Design Awards attendance package, (includes flights & accommodation) plus 1 entry into the NKBA 2021 or 2022 Excellence in Design Awards (valued up to $1900)
• Creative Excellence $500
  The winner will also receive: 1 x Entry into the NKBA 2021 or 2022 Excellence in Design Awards (estimated value $350)
• Visual Impact $500
  The winner will also receive: 1 x Entry into the NKBA 2021 or 2022 Excellence in Design Awards (estimated value $350)
• People’s Choice $500
  The winner will also receive: 1 x Entry into the NKBA 2021 or 2022 Excellence in Design Awards (estimated value $350)

The following categories need to be specified upon entry.

• First Time Entrant $500
  The winner will also receive: 1 x Entry into the NKBA 2021 or 2022 Excellence in Design Awards (estimated value $350)
• Best Kitchen Design up to $25,000 (Incl GST) $500
  The winner will also receive: 1 x Entry into the NKBA 2021 or 2022 Excellence in Design Awards (estimated value $350)
• Creative Small Space Kitchen $500
  The winner will also receive: 1 x Entry into the NKBA 2021 or 2022 Excellence in Design Awards (estimated value $350)

All 2021 submissions must be entered through the online entry form.

Entries will open Friday the 22^nd January 2021 and must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 26^th March 2021.
All Entries must follow the guidelines as outlined in the Conditions of Entry. One design board will be created for each entry and used for judging and display.

Entries must include:

• Completed online entry form
• Plans and elevations
• Images
• Client Design brief
• Product specification list
• Signed client / contributor/s declaration form
• Quotation, Invoice or Declaration (Best Kitchen Design up to $25,000 (Incl GST) category)
